On 27 February 1994, we started as an LML showroom and got into a dealership with Bajaj two years later in 1996. There was a lot of criticism in the earlier stages of business, but with dedication, futuristic plans and hard work along with immense customer trust, We stand as best in the market.
In the year 2006, we shifted our line of business from Automobiles to Electronic and Home Appliances. We have expanded over stores across East and West Godavari and Vishakhapatnam Districts. The only thing which differentiates from our competitors is the bonding with Customers.

Mr. Jujjavarapu Venkata Rayudu hails from an Agricultural family in Kanuru, a village in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, He completed a bachelor's degree in Commerce and later pursued LLB Graduation. He started his career as a junior lawyer but his interest in doing things differently introduced him to the business world.
In 1994, he started his first venture as LML sub-dealer in the name of "Whynot." He later on expanded into various two-wheeler brands such as Bajaj, Hero, Honda etc. After 12 successful years in the automobile industry, with his interest in diversification, he ventured into Electronics and Home Appliances industry. He started sailing in this field and quickly grasped on the mantra of Service Relationship and Brand Value in Consumer Durables industry. Having built a strong network in his native Tanuku, he went on to explore the untapped rural market, giving a very tough hand to competitors. Whynot has always been a step ahead to explore opportunities in Tier3 and Tier 4 markets, creating a strong barrier of entry to their competition. This has only been possible with their strong presence across and service motto in these small town and villages across Godavari and Vishakhapatnam districts.
